Return Policy for Online Purchases

Unworn footwear purchased at can be returned for full credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day period. Please use the printable Return Product form below to send your product back for credit. The product must be returned in the original packaging and the packaging must be intact and able to be returned to stock in order to receive credit.

Kodiak is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 15 days for returns processing to be completed - credit will be issued at that time. Credits are applied to the original payment method upon receipt and verification of your return.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, call Customer Service at 1-800-263-5903 immediately so that we may assist you with the return of your item.
