Pre-orders are only available on selected products that specifically indicate you are pre-ordering the product. In all other cases, we only accept orders on items that we have in stock at the time.

Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to the address provided. You'll have up to an hour after your order is placed to change/cancel. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-833-568-9557 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, excluding holidays) or firstname.lastname@example.org. Ensure you have your order number when calling.
Sometimes, your email provider might put our emails into your Junk/Spam folder. Please check there for your order confirmation email. If you want to make sure you always receive our emails into your inbox, make sure to add our email address to your contact list.
We don't currently offer gift wrapping for orders on our website.
Items purchased online must be returned using our returns process. If you purchased your boots in a store, you must return them to that store.
Kodiak products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 6 months from date of purchase. For more information, please visit our Warranty Information page.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items purchased on Kodiakboots.com can ony be shipped to addresses in the United States. Due to carrier restrictions, shipping isn't available to APO, FPO, and P.O. boxes.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Your order is shipped upon order verification and credit approval. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, depending on location.
When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking information you'll need.
Use our Order Tracking page to see the status of your order. If you don't have a kodiakboots.com account, make sure your order number, as well as the email address and billing postal code entered at the time you placed your order.
You should receive a pre-paid return label in the box with your shipment. Please fill in the reason for your return on your packing slip and include in the box and apply the return label to the outside of the box. Visit our Returns Information page for more information.

Klarna: How do I pay with 4 interest-free payments?
At checkout, select “4 interest-free payments” to split your purchase into four payments. These payments will be charged every two weeks, beginning from the time your order is confirmed (usually the shipping date). No bills will be sent - you can simply sit back and start planning your next adventure.
Klarna: How do automatic payments work?
Payments are collected bi-weekly from the debit or credit card you provided at the time of purchase. All scheduled payments are communicated to you by email and you can review your purchases by logging in at https://App.Klarna.Com/Login
Klarna: Is there a fee to pay with 4 interest-free payments?
There are no interest charges to pay with “4 interest-free payments”, and no fees when you follow your automatic payment schedule. A Late Fee of up to $7 may be charged if an automatic payment cannot be collected. Please refer to the Klarna Terms Of Service for more information.
Klarna: Will this affect my credit score?
When you pay with “4 interest-free payments,” Klarna may perform a soft credit check. This type of check will not impact your credit score or show up as a hard inquiry on your credit report.
