Good
"I’ve been wearing them for two weeks now. The shoes are super light and comfortable. The only downside is that the soles are a bit thin, so my feet get cold in the winter."
3M™ THINSULATE™
THINSULATE™ insulation works by trapping air molecules between you and the outside. The more air a material traps in a given space, the greater its insulating value. Because the microfibers in Thinsulate™ Insulation are finer than other fibers, they trap more air in less space, which naturally makes it a better insulator.
ROCKFIBRE® METAL FREE Technology
Kodiak® ROCKFIBRE® footwear is manufactured with a metal-free protective toe and puncture-resistant plate. Metal-free components are lighter than steel and provide better insulation against the cold.

"Nice waterproof shoes and very lightweight. Got the second pair."
"A few years ago I chose these boots for my work and was so impressed with them that I have bought a new pair every year for the last five years. They are very light and comfortable yet provide excellent support and protection. The water proof feature does as it claims and I have never had a wet foot not matter how much rain and puddles I am in. I have been able to wear a new pair for a whole day right out of the box without having to worry about breaking them in."
"Very light and comfortable. Super"
"I bought these boots because of the "Waterproof" Claim because I'm a Landscape Maintenance Worker who works with hoses and water and on wet grass 20 hours a week. 2 months of wearing it, my feet were wet. It's too bad too because this is probably the most comfortable work boot I've ever worn. It's good for Warehouses where you don't work around water but again, it was marketed as "Waterproof" and it failed miserably. Kodiak, very disrespectful to your customers to not do your due diligence and properly test your boots before you claim something, so that you don't end up ripping people off. For anyone looking for a Waterproof Boot, the "Kodiak Quest Bounds" will do the job perfectly. These won't."
"Really nice boot, but definitely fits on the smaller side."
"Kodiak, if you ever stop making these please let me know so I can buy all the remaining 13s. These boots have become and extension of my foot and I need them to live"
"Great boot for working on the farm, (sandy soil, so fine particles go everywhere). Prior to getting this boat - sand particles would get in between my toes. The Journey boot stopped that. One complaint - the top lace hole on one boot ripped rather earlier on. I'm not sure why Kodiak uses that type of lace hole. (seems rather frugal for such a nice boot)"
"Bought these just over 8 months ago and the eyelet on the side broke. I will be looking to replace these with a different BOOT in general"
"Excellent boot. Just purchased my 4th pair."
