Pre-orders are only available on selected products that specifically indicate you are pre-ordering the product. In all other cases, we only accept orders on items that we have in stock at the time.

Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to the address provided. You'll have up to an hour after your order is placed to change/cancel. Please contact one of our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-263-5903 (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET, excluding Canadian holidays). Ensure you have your order number when calling.
Sometimes, your email provider might put our emails into your Junk/Spam folder. Please check there for your order confirmation email. If you want to make sure you always receive our emails into your inbox, make sure to add our email address to your contact list.
We don't currently offer gift wrapping for orders on our website.
Items purchased online must be returned using our returns process. If you purchased your boots in a store, you must return them to that store.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). Your order is shipped upon order verification and credit approval. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery, depending on location.
When your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking information you'll need.
Use our Order Tracking page to see the status of your order. If you don't have a kodiakboots.ca account, make sure your order number, as well as the email address and billing postal code entered at the time you placed your order.
You should receive a pre-paid return label in the box with your shipment. Please fill in the reason for your return on your packing slip and include in the box and apply the return label to the outside of the box. Visit our Returns Information page for more information.
We accept the following payment methods at this time:

On the shopping cart page, make sure to click the "Have a Promo Code" link to enter your promotion code. They can be entered exactly as they appear in the space provided.
Promo codes are case sensitive.
If your discount qualifies, it will display in the payment summary. If the problem continues, please check the terms and conditions of the code or give us a call a 1-800-263-5903.
*Note that most promotions require specific products to be included in your cart.
Does the address you typed match the address on file with the credit card company? If it does, and you still encounter a problem, please call our Customer Service at 1-800-263-5903.
Some provinces charge sales tax on the things you buy, and some charge tax on shipping. We follow the rules implemented by each individual province.
Where sales tax is applicable, it will appear on your online order form and on the invoice included with your order.
